ShiftHQ is designed to work without an account and without advertising or third-party tracking.

Information stored by ShiftHQ

Work sessions, break records, notes, hourly-rate settings, shift goals and pay-period settings are stored locally on your device and in the app's shared Apple App Group container so the ShiftHQ widget can display your information.

Information we collect

ShiftHQ does not send your work records or settings to ShiftHQ-operated servers. We do not use advertising identifiers, analytics SDKs or third-party tracking services.

Notifications

With your permission, ShiftHQ schedules local notifications for shift-goal reminders. These are handled by iOS.

Exports

PDF and CSV reports are created on your device and are only shared when you choose to export them.
